 Warren -
Great article. I served on the New Haven Development Commission for 8 years starting from about 12 years ago. Inner cities were suffering hard times - huge migration of businesses out to suburbs for single story, surface parking, campus like facilities. I saw government tax incented programs as the key for environmental remediation as I thought inner cities had NO chance to EVER come back because of remediation liabilities. Liabilities were a huge barrier for parcels to be bought and redeveloped. So - not only is your specialty critical for individual transactions to occur - but it (and you) serve a higher and greater overall public purpose! Keep it up! Hope you and all the Kirshenbaum's have had a great summer.
Warmest regards -

Kenneth Braffman
