Yelena Tsvaygenbaum, Attorney

Background and Experience:

Yelena Tsvaygenbaum joined the Transactional Law Group, P.C., formerly Kirshenbaum Law Offices in September of 2010. Yelena's practice focuses on business and commercial real estate matters, including Brownfield's development, commercial leasing, private equity transactions, and all aspects of contract drafting, review, and negotiation.

Yelena serves as external counsel for Cherrytree Group, LLC, a tax credit consulting company.

Ms. Tsvaygenbaum is a magna cum laude graduate of Bentley University, where she studied in the Honors program on a full scholarship, and a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Law. While at the University of Connecticut, she was a Managing Editor of the Connecticut Insurance Law Journal and a Judicial Extern for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court under the Honorable Judge Henry J. Boroff. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a law clerk in the Corporate Legal Department at Liberty Mutual and the Antitrust Bureau of the New York State Office of the Attorney General. Previously, Ms. Tsvaygenbaum worked as an Internal Auditor at John Hancock.
